Here at Science Kits SG, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

We make sure that our prices are lower than or at least the same as competitors, subject to prevailing terms and conditions.

In the event that you find a product priced cheaper than ours, you can send in an email to us at sales@sciencekits.sg with a screenshot or image of the product. You will be refunded the difference once we've confirmed that the product is indeed priced lower.

The product on the other site should be the exact same as the one you purchased from our website. Please do note that to qualify for the price match, the product should not be on sale or on discount on the other website. We also do not offer price-matching for products that are discounted through credit cards or other financing offers.
