What's so great about Science Kits SG?
We can each handle two double McSpicys.
Just kidding! We're just a bunch of fun-loving people who want kids to have easy access to science kits in Singapore.
We realised that even though there were places selling science kits, they either took too long to ship, or were not the best in terms of quality. With us, you can rest assured that our site only carries products of the highest quality, and that you will always receive your products on time!
Also, we offer some sick rewards! ;)
What are the perks of signing up?
Membership is free! You can sign up here.
If you sign up, you will receive 1 Point for every $1 you spend.
There are also other ways to earn points. Do click on the "Rewards" tabs after signing up to get more points and receive discount coupons!
You can then redeem these Points via the "Rewards" on the bottom left of your browser!
How much is shipping?
We understand that shipping can be exorbitant at times, especially when you want your items quickly. We want to keep shipping affordable.
Shipping is $5 for orders under $40.
For orders over $40, your shipping is on us!
When will I receive my item?
We pride ourselves on being the fastest shippers of science kits in Singapore!
We usually take 1-2 business days to deliver to you!
Please note that we do not deliver on weekends.
How can I track my online order?
Unfortunately, no tracking number will be provided.
We employ our own delivery guys so that you are able to receive your orders at the fastest possible timing. However, this also means that we don't have a tracking number system.
Rest assured that your items are on the way, though!
Where can I pick up my order?
We're located at 1092 Lower Delta Rd #04-11, Singapore 169203.
You can only pick up your order if you've stated on your checkout that you would like to do self-collection. Please don't come at random!
Can I make a bank transfer or PayNow instead?
Yes you can!

I'm not satisfied with my product. Can I get a refund or another item?
We want your kids to love our products.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you should contact us at sales@sciencekits.sg. If your return is accepted, we will provide shipping instructions to return. Cost of shipping will be borne by the customer and initial order shipping charges will apply. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds issued will be less shipping costs.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Is there a price match guarantee?

My item came damaged! What should I do?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
If your item came damaged and it is not due to your own actions, do contact us at sales@sciencekits.sg.
Why can't I filter your products by gender?
We don't believe that science kits or toys should be restricted to any particular gender. Your child should be the one picking the right toy for themselves!
We're more passionate about allowing every kid to be able to be independent and learn about science by themselves. We believe in cultivating STEAM skills throughout all children, regardless of gender.
Can my pet play with the science kits?
What?
On a more serious note, though most science kits are safe, try not to let your pets near the kits, especially if the kits have items that might not be safe for consumption for pets!
